EPS
Corporation manages and coordinates the support of strategic or
business initiatives on behalf of the Customer, enabling
expedited delivery of high-quality specific information
technology (IT) solutions.
The implementation of these solutions is fully integrated with
the customer’s strategic business objectives and aligned with
their IT roadmap.
To maintain the highest level of satisfaction, EPS utilizes a Business Support Services (BSS) approach which is outlined in Business Support Services Processes
.
At the highest level,
the BSS process can be defined as follows:

Business Support Services are essential in any organization to
ensure that:
· The level of service required to support the business is
accurately determined
· Related monitoring and analysis is implemented to identify
whether the required services will add or continues to add true
value to the enterprise in place
· Expected levels of services are being achieved
